Excellent and fresh food. We come out here to hunt and have struggled to find good food. Dave's is now the place to go. I ordered the outlaw burger with no bun. It was awesome. Stop here you won't be disappointed.

The food and service are great. The atmosphere reminiscent of the '50s. I had the Lumberjack Omelet for breakfast, and it was wonderful; huge portions, too.Unfortunately, they do not take American Express, so may not be the best choice for business travelers.

I just love this place a bit of the beaten path but so worth the drive. We went for breakfast and custom ordered an omelet complete with toast and potatoes it was more than perfect. Oh and the coffee was outstanding as well. Husband had the small chicken fried steak and could not finish it. Truly worth the out of the way drive, we took the bikes, great scenic ride out there. The owner took time out of his day to say hello without even knowing I am an avid Yelper! Yeah I am impressed

Reuben's are great. Fresh cut fries. Prices what one would expect. What rocks it is the fifties atmosphere of music and memorabilia on the walls. Wish we had this kind of place back home!

Cool place. I expected the Fonz to walk in. They have a clever take on the reuben with the corned beef chopped & fried with onions. Homemade coleslaw, mm. Fresh cut fries, my fave. Super nice people.

Adorable place! Decor and finishes are on point, menu is varied and well-priced, and food is tasty! Newer location, friendly owners... All good things. :) A hidden gem that needs to be visited more by all passing thru Fort Morgan! Only a couple minutes off The Beaten Path, so get there!

Stopped for breakfast on our way east. Typical diner food, great service, fun atmosphere. We were a party of 4 and showed up right as it opened. I had an omelet and everyone else got a combination of eggs and pancakes. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the cinnamon pancakes were a special treat. The blueberry syrup was also a good addition. My omelet was huge. Everything was a bit greasy/buttery but it's what you expect for a diner. I definitely recommend stopping if you are nearby.

We just tried Dave's Diner for the first time. The portion sizes are generous and the food is really good. The service is great; especially considering they don't have much help since it's a family run business. Overall we had a great experience and we will be back to try out other dishes and the desert menu. The best part is it's just good ol' American food right here in Fort Morgan. So support a local business and give them a try.

On a road trip from MN to L.A. and found this gem. The walls are covered with old records and there is a jukebox in the back. The building was really nice and clean with high ceilings. The tables and chairs are all stocked standard with ketchup, Tabasco, salt, pepper, mustard and sugar and they even carry stevia. They have a nice well rounded menu with plenty of options. The food was well portioned and had a great seasoning. It was a little burnt, the way I like it, but the owner said the cook was new. All around I love this place and its atmosphere, the food was good and yummy and I got plenty of it.

This was one of the best diners I've ever ate at. A bit out of the way, but definitely worth it. The cheese fries with bacon bits were awesome. My son absolutely loved the kids chicken nuggets and fries. The bacon wrapped cheesy dog was probably the best hot dog I've ever had. Had to fight off my kids from my delicious cinnamon pancakes. We had a chocolate milkshake and a chocolate malt and they were both absolutely delicious.
